Spare tire Tub: is cracked & rusted. But it is surface rust, no biggie. It'll give me a chance to practice fiberglass repair myself with the mesh and the gel and fiberglass resin. Then I will paint it ! ;-)

First, I made a faux rear with tape and plastic sheeting, so the fiberglass will follow the contour of the tub as it originally was. Applied fiberglass to the inside and then sprayed primer on it. Put some 'cotton-candy' fiber cloth on the inside and applied more glass. It didn't turn out pretty, but it is now functional. Took it outdoors, primered it and sanded it a bit. Then painted it blue.
